This team receives enquires about local primary care practice registration and letters from members of parliament about local services.

Enquiries or complaints about hospital or community services should be directed to the equivalent team for the organisations that provide them (locally this will be Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust and South Central Ambulance Service NHS Trust).
